Seeking a passionate Senior 3D Environment Artist for a remote, project-based role who will create and enhance high-quality, game-ready 3D environments while collaborating with Art, Design, and Technical teams to ensure gameplay-driven design and visual quality. Key responsibilities: Create and improve 3D environments, including terrain, buildings, and props Define art pipelines, mentor junior artists, and contribute to project planning and workflows Collaborate with Level and Game Design to optimize environments for player navigation and gameplay flow Required qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in game development Previous experience creating MMO environments in Unity Strong proficiency with standard 3D packages and environment art workflows Experience with mobile MMO map creation in Unity Solid understanding of environment optimization and performance requirements for MMO mobile games
