Laser Operator Trainee

Location: Natomas, Sacramento, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Assist senior machine operators with moving materials to and from laser machines.
• Remove finished parts from machines and prepare them for production flow.
• Operate a forklift to help load materials onto laser machines.
• Produce high-quality parts by following manufacturing instructions and machine setups established by senior operators.
• Support additional projects and tasks as assigned by management.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and consistently follow processes and procedures.
• Comfortable working with hands-on manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn machine operation systems.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and dependability.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
